Using yourOS
Version 15 October 2026
yourOS is operated by Navas Moideen trading as NMO Digital, a sole trader. These terms cover the public pilot. Contact hello@nmodigital.co.uk if something is unclear.
Your account
Use an email address you control, complete identity verification and keep your sign-in details secure. Do not access someone else’s account or misrepresent another person. Account access may be restricted to protect users or investigate misuse.
Free core access
The core organiser is free during the pilot. Optional Support yourOS payments do not buy account access, priority, a feature promise or a service level. If the model changes in future, we will explain the change before asking you to agree or pay.
Choosing Pro: optional purchase terms added 15 October 2026
When offered, the founding period gives you six months of all current features from your first use after public launch. It does not require payment and does not automatically become a paid subscription. Your everyday tools remain free afterwards. Free includes one space you own; invited participation and existing spaces remain usable. Pro adds connected assistants and additional spaces. An assistant provider may charge separately for its own service.
Before buying Pro, the app shows the price, duration and payment terms. Monthly Pro renews through your Apple account until cancelled. A twelve-month pass is a single payment and does not renew automatically. A confirmed pass unlocks Pro immediately and adds twelve months after any remaining founding period. The app shows your access dates. Manage or cancel an App Store subscription through your Apple account and request App Store refunds through Apple. Deleting yourOS or your yourOS account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
The product owner can grant complimentary Pro with no expiry or a stated end date. This is separate from a paid purchase. A complimentary grant does not cancel an existing App Store subscription; manage or cancel that subscription through your Apple account.
Your records and shared spaces
You retain rights to the content you add. You allow us to store, process and display it as needed to operate the service and carry out your instructions. Only upload content you have the right to use. Do not upload unlawful material, expose someone else’s sensitive information without permission, or interfere with the service.
Shared-space members can see content according to their membership and role. The person adding information is responsible for choosing an appropriate audience. Keep your own copies of important records and review membership when plans change.
Custom work is separate
A custom request starts a discussion. Work begins only after a human has assessed the request, you have accepted a written quote and the agreed single payment is confirmed. Quotes describe deliverables, price, delivery expectations, revision and support boundaries, and cancellation or refund terms. A changed scope needs a new quote. Sending a request or making a support payment does not authorise a deployment or publication.
A pilot, with practical limits
Features may change and occasional interruptions are possible. The organiser helps you record and plan; it does not provide financial, medical or other professional advice. Check information and obtain appropriate advice before making consequential decisions. Personal data needs a network connection; installation on a home screen is not a promise of offline access.
We will take reasonable care in operating the service. These terms do not remove rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Any paid custom service also has its separately accepted quote and applicable consumer rights.
Leaving or getting help
You can stop using the service, delete entries or use your privacy controls to export or delete your account. Shared-space ownership and necessary security or payment retention may need to be resolved first. The privacy notice explains how we handle information.
